Kivo Price Match
We will price match any competitors product that is like for like
How does it work?
Simply take an original photo, and email us with details of a competitors product, their price, and the Kivo product you'd like to price match, whether it's a mask, a panel, a stand, or another accessory and we'll do our very best to match the price.
For example, if you find a mask that has a similar number of LED's and a similar power output and wavelengths, we can price match. However, if you find a mask that is less powerful, or only has 2 wavelengths, then we cannot match that against one of our masks.
Terms & Conditions
We will attempt to honour any sale or regular price for a like-for-like product (clearance or liquidation or used prices are excluded). The product must be new, available for sale immediately, any shipping costs (or other costs such as duties or taxes) will be included as the total price of the competitors product. We will match the warranty they offer, along with any conditions of sale. We will honour Costco, Walmart, or Amazon pricing. The company or website offering the product must have been in business for longer than 1 year. The product must be physically located and available for immediate sale within North America, Europe, or Australia. Price match is discretionary.
